How do I migrate my eligible FLASH v1 to v2?
When the migration is ready, anyone who held FLASH at the time of the snapshot is eligible to upgrade their tokens to Flashstake v2 by going to migration.flashstake.io.
Tokens acquired after block #11897600 will not be eligible for v2 migration. The community voted for a 24 hour grace period after the snapshot, allowing users to migrate additional tokens. Please see details further below.
Will there be any bonus for v1 to v2 migration?
Yes, you will be allocated additional FLASH v2 for migrating. For each of the following cases, you will receive additional 100 FLASH v2:
- For holding FLASH in your wallet at time of snapshot
- For each single Flashstake you had at time of the snapshot
- For every liquidity pool you took part in (Uniswap, Flash Dapp, Balancer)
(This applies to any migration with more than 10 FLASH.)
These tokens will be minted during your migration process.
What if my LP $FLASH amounts to more than what is shown in the snapshot?
If you received more $FLASH than shown in the snapshot, the difference of the two (Flash Delta) will be added to your migratable amount.
In other words, you can migrate up to the amount of FLASH you withdrew from your liquidity pool.
What do I do with my v1 Flashstakes?
Individuals who have their FLASH staked inside the v1 dApp do not need to do anything at this time. These tokens will be fully migratable to Flash v2 at the end of the the stake duration or can be migrated early with a burn fee.
You can see your active stakes at https://migration.flashstake.io/
I bought v1 FLASH after the snapshot, can I migrate them to v2?
The community voted on an option to allow FLASH purchased within a defined grace period to be considered. The vote resulted in allowing for a 24 hour grace period.
End of grace period: 2021–02–22 05:31:32 UTC or block https://etherscan.io/block/11904974
However, instead of using the total amount of FLASH purchased, the total net amount of ETH used to acquire FLASH v1 during the grace period is used as the point of reference. This is done to ensure those who purchased FLASH v1 while the price was going down are not rewarded, nor penalized.
This offer the community agreed upon will be taken care of after the migration. The exact amounts resulting from buys within the grace period will be determined and paid out after the migration. (The additional amount of FLASH will be calculated using the net ETH spent within the grace period at the ratio 1467.48 FLASH/ETH)
What if I bought FLASH v1 after the grace period?
Anyone that bought after the grace period or has any other issue with the migration process can bring their individual cases to the community to vote on. Please view this video as reference.
A Typeform will be made available next week to open the formal dispute system.
I sold v1 FLASH after the snapshot, can I migrate them to v2?
In order to migrate to FLASH v2, you will need to have held FLASH tokens at time of the snapshot. All v1 tokens you want to migrate to v2, you must actually hold them in your wallet.
EX: This means if you held 1,000 tokens at the time of the snapshot, sold them, but then later bought them back, you will be eligible to claim up to 1,000 Flash v2.
Is there anything new in the Flashstake v2 dApp?
We are excited to also update the new Flashstake v2 dApp with completely new design aesthetics in the weeks following the relaunch. More vivid colors and better mobile screen responsiveness. The designs were produced by one of our own long-standing Citizens called Max. We hope you’ll like it!

Are the FPY and APY’s resetting in v2?
Yes.
Whenever the new contract is deployed, these calculations will be taking the new conditions into account (total supply; staked supply, …). This means that we will have changing conditions right from the start.
What is the difference between the Uniswap and Flashstake dApp liquidity pools?
The liquidity pool on Uniswap enables users to trade FLASH with ETH on Uniswap. Liquidity providers on Uniswap earn a 0.3% fee on every trade, proportional to their share of the pool.
The Flashstake dApp has it own liquidity pools for every pair that exists on the dApp. For example, a user can add a XIO/FLASH pair by adding a liquidity pool of the two tokens. This allows users to stake FLASH and earn rewards in $XIO. Liquidity providers on the Flashstake dapp earn up to 10% fees on every flashstake, proportional to their share of the pool.
The video below explains the LP (Maker) process:
Are there any additional mining programs or incentives for migrating to v2?
Blockzero Labs will be offering a bonus of 100,000 $FLASH tokens and 50,000 $XIO which will be shared among those who participate in our liquidity mining/staking program. This program will run for a total of 30 days after the initial launch of FLASH v2.
For every day you are Flashstaked, or providing liquidity in either of the LP pools (Uniswap or Flashstake Dapp), you will earn at the following ratios:
- 1.25x Multiplier: Users have an active stake on v1 or users who Flashstake for a minimum of 30 days on v2
- 2x Multiplier: Uniswap WETH/FLASH LP token
- 4x Multiplier: Flashstake.io (Dapp) WETH/FLASH LP token
A daily snapshot will be taken of all holders. After one month, users will be able to redeem their earned $FLASH from our Claims dApp.
In addition, extra FLASH v2 will be allocated as described above.
Where can I view Flashstake stats?
You find detailed information at: stats.flashstake.io and at bz.to
I still haven’t claimed my original FLASH from the Claims dApp, what do I need to know?
By using the Claims dapp, you can claim v2 FLASH directly once the migration tool is available. You do not have to take any action.
I Flashstaked my v1 tokens for 2 years: can I let them sit idle, unstake them in 2 years, and then migrate those v1 FLASH tokens?
Yes, there will be an interface to migrate any stake once it ends.
- If you want to early unstake, some of your v1 tokens will of course be burned, but the rest will be migrated to v2.
- If a stake is completed, unstaking using this frontend will result in instant migration of your v1 tokens to v2.
